I have known Ed for over ten years. In that time I have been fortunate to benefit from his expertise, professionalism, efficiency and experience. I have also much appreciated his integrity, decency and friendliness. In essence, nothing is too much trouble for Ed. If he cannot fix a problem one way, he will do all he can to fix it another way. He is prepared to go the extra mile at all times. Despite his frankly baffling ability to do what he does so well, he remains disarmingly self-deprecating. For some years now Ed has been my go-to IT guy. Sometimes it's an individual issue - such as not being able to set up a smart phone or a new computer. Other times, it's a business issue.
